How to view an XML file or a KSeF e-invoice
- Paste XML into the input field or open an .xml file from your computer.
- Press Format to indent the document or Tree view to browse elements and attributes.
- For a KSeF e-invoice, switch to the e-invoice tab to see the seller, buyer, items and VAT totals as a readable invoice.
- Use Print / save as PDF to keep a copy of the invoice or send it to a client.
- To check an HTML file or an e-mail template, paste it into the HTML tab — the preview runs without scripts.

Frequently asked questions
Is my invoice sent to a server?
No. The XML file is read and displayed only in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so invoice data, tax numbers and amounts stay on your device.
Which KSeF invoice schemas are supported?
The viewer reads structured invoices in the FA(2) and FA(3) schemas of the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), including VAT, corrective, advance and simplified invoices.
Is this an official KSeF visualisation?
No. It is a convenient, readable view of the XML data. For legal purposes the XML file stored in KSeF remains the original invoice.
Can I save the invoice as a PDF?
Yes. Press Print / save as PDF and choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog.
What happens if my XML contains an error?
Validation shows the parser message with the line where the problem starts, so you can fix the file before importing it elsewhere.
Is the HTML preview safe?
Yes. The preview runs in an isolated frame where scripts are blocked. External images and styles are blocked too until you allow them, so the document cannot track you.
