Start with your figure or document
- For a net price that needs a VAT breakdown, use VAT calculator and enter the applicable rate yourself.
- To compare repayment scenarios, choose Mortgage and loan calculator and replace the example inputs with your offer details.
- When an exported table needs sorting or filtering, open Excel / CSV Tools with CSV or TSV data.
- To read a Polish structured invoice as a printable document, use KSeF XML invoice viewer with FA(2) or FA(3) XML.
- For annual accounts downloaded in a Polish reporting format, choose Polish financial statement XML viewer to inspect tables and notes.
Calculations and document reading
Use this collection to work with amounts, savings scenarios, identifiers and exported business documents. Processing takes place locally in your browser; financial files and entered numbers are not uploaded. The IBAN checker also handles Polish NIP, REGON and PESEL identifiers. KSeF invoices and e-sprawozdania financial statements belong to Polish reporting systems, rather than general international XML formats.
Loan and savings results are estimates based on entered assumptions; country defaults are examples, and rounding can affect comparisons. Document previews do not establish authenticity or regulatory acceptance. KSeF input has a 20 MB limit and the statement reader allows 150 MB per file, with additional complexity limits. Available device memory may impose a lower practical ceiling.
Before relying on a result
Can the spreadsheet tool open XLSX workbooks?
It reads delimited text, including CSV and TSV, rather than XLSX workbooks. Export your sheet to one of those formats first. Cells are handled as text, so this is not an Excel formula engine.
Does a valid IBAN confirm the account owner?
No. Format and check-digit validation can identify some typing errors, but it does not confirm an account holder or an active account. The checks on Polish identifiers likewise do not establish that a business exists.
Does an invoice preview confirm acceptance by KSeF?
The reader displays information from the supplied XML and can prepare a printable view. It does not verify acceptance with the Polish KSeF service, and a locally generated verification code is not proof of acceptance.
Are statement signatures and attachments included in PDF?
The statement reader detects electronic signatures but does not verify them. Attachment names appear in the report, while their contents need separate downloads. A printed PDF is a viewing copy; keep the original XML and signed container.
