Company search in official business registers
Find a company by number or name in the official registers of Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, France, Finland and Norway and open its filed documents. Free, no sign-up.
KRS, NIP or REGON number. The Polish registers cannot be searched by name.
Nothing is sent until you press Search. The query then goes from your browser straight to the official register of the chosen country; AllToolio does not see or store it.
How to look up a company
- Choose the country where the company is registered.
- Type its registration or VAT number, or the start of its name; Polish companies are found only by KRS, NIP or REGON.
- Press Search. Your browser asks the country's official register and the answer appears within seconds.
- Read the card: legal form, address, status, VAT registration and, where available, capital, staff or revenue.
- The buttons under the card open the company in the register, with its annual accounts and other filed documents.
When it helps
- Checking a new supplier or customer before you sign a contract or pay the first invoice.
- Confirming that a Polish contractor is an active VAT payer and that its bank account is on the white list.
- Finding the official number of a company you only know by its name or brand.
- Getting to a company's financial statements and deeds in the national register.
- Seeing at a glance whether a business has closed, is being liquidated or has gone bankrupt.
Where the data comes from
Each country is searched in its own official open register: the KRS and the VAT white list in Poland, ARES in Czechia, the Register of Legal Entities in Slovakia, the Annuaire des Entreprises in France, YTJ in Finland and the Brønnøysund Register Centre in Norway. The page shows the company data as published and leaves out directors and other people.
Frequently asked questions
Which countries can I search?
Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, France, Finland and Norway. Their registers offer open interfaces that a web page may query directly; most other countries require an account or a paid service.
Can I find a Polish company by its name?
No. The open KRS interface and the VAT white list accept only numbers: enter the KRS, NIP or REGON. Ten digits with a valid NIP check digit count as a NIP, a number with leading zeros as a KRS number.
How do I get a company's financial statements?
Press the documents button on the card. For a Polish company it opens the AllToolio statement viewer with the filings per year; elsewhere it opens the register page with the filed accounts.
How can I check if a Polish company is an active VAT payer?
Search by its NIP or KRS number. The card shows its white list status and the bank accounts registered there, so you can check an invoice's account before paying.
Is my search sent to AllToolio?
No. Nothing is sent until you press Search; the query then goes from your browser straight to the chosen register. AllToolio neither sees nor stores it.
How current is the information?
It is fetched when you search, so it is as fresh as the register, which mostly updates daily. The result is informational and does not replace an official extract.
Why is a company missing from the results?
Sole traders are not in every register, dissolved companies may be deleted, and name searches depend on spelling. Try the registration number or a shorter part of the name.
